Cheerleading and friends

I had fun at the pep rally doing cheerleading. I cheer for St. Thomas More Tigers basketball. Our colors are purple and white. I like that it is a lot of fun and I like doing it. It makes me feel happy inside and sad outside. Happy because I like it and sad because I don't have friends that are nice to me at St. Thomas More. They are not mean but no one really talks to me even the other cheerleaders. I get afraid to talk to other kids because I think they will not like me or want to be my friend so sometimes I don't say anything really. Because it makes me feel lonely and I wish I had a friend to talk to. I do have a friend Mary Jane who is younger than me and is a nice friend to have but I don't have any friends in my class which is 7th grade. The girls don't talk to me very much and they just do other stuff like they did not even tell me about cheerleading practice this week. And they just don't want to be with me and I wish I could talk better so I could have a friend in my class who is a girl who would want to talk to me and help me and do things with me and maybe play board games with me and draw with me and work on writing stories with me.

My cousin Kara is pretty nice to me when she comes over she plays with me with my dolls and she taught me twister dance game and she's 9 years old so she's younger than me but we have fun playing together and hanging out together. We sing songs and do a lot of stuff and she doesn't go to my school though. And then I really feel sad that the girls at my school don't want to be friends with me. I could be a good friend even though sometimes I don't talk too much and have to try really hard to pay attention and listen.

Hey Bria I'm so glad I got to go to the game tonight...your cheering was great! You can feel proud of yourself that you learned so many cheers and can do them wonderfully in front of the whole crowd. You're awesome!!!

Hi Bria. Your blog is so cool! I think it's really great that you get to write how you feel about everything. I think I want to start a blog too! I know what it's like to be afraid that people won't like you. But sometimes you just have to give them a chance. You're an awesome girl with a lot of talents and really cool style, so you just have to find the right girls to hang out with! You just make sure you keep writing about your feelings and talking about them with mom and things will get better! Have fun at cheerleading and theatre this week! See you soon :)
