going to the doctors

today i had my annual phsyical, i did a great job! they checked me all out and they want me to get some blood tests for this week. since i am on a gf cf diet i can"t eat bread because of the gluten. it makes me sick so i have a gluten free bread to make sandwiches. i also have gf pasta called quinoa.
