Left foot first put your Left foot on the size chart and it will take your heels to the right size for Instince if it’s a 6 or a 7 size. then center the feet in a neat position so the measurements come out good and clean then center them on a stool and set them right on the size its telling you. make sure theyre in the right spot so you can look down correctly and Carefully then please say this in the store nicely so they can hear you adn get you the size & 7 is what you call a number of a shoe size that is your size ythe for instance for me ou can wear a pair of shoes that are right for you and comfortable to walk in so they don’t hurt your feet or your big toe. the End.
