staying plugged in

i really have to work hard stay plugged in you know like being focused and stuff so i can have really nice conversations, keeping track on one or more topics cause i want to help other children with autism learn about autism. maybe making sure they're in shape the person with autism has to be in shape it means keeping track. you have to be in shape with your body and your brain you have to work really hard. my brain is thinking of running around cause the brain can't focus very well but i have to make the body keep under control then i can get more focused cause my brain calms down cause my body does. its very hard work so your brain can think well and you might get stressed so you bounce the stress out if you need to. autism can be really hard for me but you have to keep on trying that's what mr rogers says. you have to let your brain be unplugged at night cause you might be really tired you need to get alot of sleep cause my brain can think better it helps me to relax if my brain is not super tired. my brain as to rest so it can keep up with my body. if your brain comes unplugged then your body gets out of control if your body comes unplugged then your brain can stare and like be out of it and your body doesn't work very well. what makes it get unplugged is being sleepy or tired or the lights are too bright and dim and too many different sounds like when i went to eat at bravo. after thinnkg about autism i have to get squeezed really tight so my brain can jump up with happiness so im going to hug my mom. the end.
